If we look at the Emuca Group business model that has been developed over the past 25 years, it is essential to note our comprehensive quality management and control.

The several certifications that we have received for service, processes and products endorse the Group and uphold customer confidence. We work to strict standards which ensure that all of our products – both in-house and external – meet European Regulations.

We have been awarded the ISO certification UNE-EN 9001:2000 from institutes such as AENOR in Spain and CISQ/CERTIQUALITY in Italy. Other bodies such as LGA in Germany or CATAS and COSMOB in Italy pay testimony to our dedication to quality.

As part of our corporate mission statement, we pay special attention to the quality of our service. Our continuing investment in logistics technology allows us to offer delivery times of 24/48 hours depending on the destination market.

We have two logistics centres which together give us over 25,000 m2 boasting the latest electronic and management systems to speed up our responses to both national and international demand.
